So over the weekend I noticed Robert and Christine reading some funny blogs by our friends and thought it a good time to start my own. I miss writing, since I've been out of college, and figure this will be a great opportunity to write and have some fun/vent/talk about music as well. This intro is basically a test to see how this works and what it will look like since I'm not used to the format...
If you haven't had Arby's Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich, you are missing out!!! Dave introduced me to this thing several weeks ago and I was very timid about getting it. I mean chicken salad is kind of weak compared to tuna and I can probably count on my 2 hands the number of times I've had it in my lifetime. Upon further coaxing though I went for it and was blown away. Actual large sized pieces of chicken that don't look like the shredded rat from your average fast food restaurant! Not too much mayo (i.e. not that semen pile on your McChicken), some pecans for texture, and a little bit of apple/grape (identifiable) added in for some zest. I've had it 3 times now and promise this thing will not disappoint. Limited availability btw... which effing pisses me off at Taco Bell!
